The internal pre-press department allows the reception of graphic files from all over the world via ISDN and digital media.
In the pre-press department the artwork is checked and processed to prepare the offset printing matrices.
PDF or native files of at least 300 dpi with embedded fonts and CMYK images with which to proceed with machine setup/drop and subsequent creation; the flow is completely electronic and uses “computer to plate” systems for direct engraving of the plates.
The printing department is made up exclusively of latest generation full-optional machines, the changeover operations are completely automatic.
5/6 color printing and possibility of printing on different supports (PVC, Apet, laminates, special papers) thanks to UV technology with in-line glossy and matt varnish.
Furthermore, in the printing department, off-line UV varnish and hot stamping are also carried out.
Latest generation Bobst dies and folder gluers + tray applicator for recording and cinematography. Equipment for the production of CD sleeves with mini spine, LP trunk sleeves, 45 rpm sleeves and LP albums.
As for vinyl we are able to offer the finished product.
